Easy Homemade Pie Crust
Have you ever asked the question "How do you make a simple pie crust from scratch by hand"? Well, I did and luckily for me, I had a very dear friend who gave me the best recipe ever. I kid you not, it only has 5 common ingredients that every kitchen is already stocked with.
When I first made this easy homemade pie crust recipe, it came out perfect. I have even doubled the recipe to use in my recipe for homemade chicken pot pie casserole.
Oh sure you can buy a frozen pie crust from the store, but once you try this pie crust you will never want store-bought again.
This recipe changed my mind, now I make every pie crust that I need from scratch by hand.
Ingredients

all purpose flour

salt

cup
butter or coconut oil

apple cider vinger

eggs

water
Instructions

With a fork, mix flour, salt, butter

in a separate bowl mix the vinegar,egg, and water

Then pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture. Work together into a ball. Once the dough is mixed well it should feel very soft.

Divide the dough into two parts, roll it out, then place in a pan.
